A Site Diagnostic is more than a site visit. We research your property before we arrive, spend up to two hours on site (about an hour for a Compact Site Diagnostic) measuring, testing the soil and talking with you about how you use the space, and then send you a written report with an annotated site plan 10 to 14 days later.
Before the visit: please make sure the whole site is accessible, with a clear line of sight from the house to the boundaries. Lawns should be mown, and toys, trampolines and other loose items put away.
Payment is taken when you book.

Which Site Diagnostic is right for you?
